You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TimesDB, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TimesDB is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where TimesDB is located.
